Terms and Conditions
Solid T requires a 50% deposit for any order before it is processed to print. Payment in full is expected when the order is complete. We accept checks and credit card payment via Google Checkout. If a completed order is not paid in full within 10 business days completion, an additional financing charge will apply.
Solid T is committed to ensuring that all orders are of the highest quality and delivered on time. Consequently, Solid T accepts returns and will refund payment if and when our merchandise for one of the following reasons disappoints customers:
- the quality of the screen printing is not of a commercially acceptable level
- the design on the products you received is markedly different than the final mock up you approve
How to Request a Return
Return claims must be filed within 7 business days of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned in order to receive credit or replacements. Please call 714.869.7744 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your return.
Computer monitors have different settings so the colors represented on the apparel mock up may not match the actual ink or thread colors screen printed on your garments. Solid T is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request.
Solid T is not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc. Manufacturer and distributor defects or mis-shipments will delay production until all garments are received. We recommend that you order more garments than needed for each size.
Shipment and Delivery
Solid T orders are generally delivered within 10 business days. If you are concerned about meeting a specific deadline, please contact a Solid T staff member for assistance. Rush orders on screen-printed apparel items are available for a 25% rush charge. Rush orders are delivered within 7 days. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons.
Unfortunately, sometimes our vendors will run out of particular brand styles or colors. We are committed to providing you with quality apparel so we will always offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors. You can also choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished then we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock based on vendor information. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to operate within our typical turnaround time unless those garments are out-of-stock as well.
Solid T will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order and may be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges. No cancellations will be accepted once an order has been printed.
